Two things I thought I would miss would be cheese and fries, I loved cheese on nearly everything..
So when i heard of nut cheese i was quick to try and it is amazing especially on sandwiches and burgers, a great alternative for lactose intolerant people, vegetarians and raw vegans or if you just want to eat healthy and/or shed off some extra weight. The cheese is made from cashews and it tastes more or less like its dairy counterpart.. not as stretchy but definitely worth a try.

I had some left over parsnips so made some Raw masala fries.. crunchy just how I love them and they taste heavenly.
Flushed it all down with a glass of fresh Grape and Orange juice.
I have lots of energy and feel extra alert.. these raw masala fries have surprisingly climbed to the top of my raw food list and eating them with cheese is just is just rawgarsmic.
My experience with raw foods is very spiritual though each food experience is spiritual.. this one works for me and my body, and yes I do eat all types of foods but I prefer raw living because I notice I sleep way less and up by 3 am with lots of energy and ideas, my mind is clear and I know what to do more than before. Also the subtler world's become more and more visible and the connection irrefutable.. plus I rarely fall sick and when I do (which are usually cold like symptoms) it does not bring me down, I can operate at good energy levels.'
