It Sunday again and this time It is PINK..
Today I wanted to share with you another terrific new recipe, it is sweet, tangy and has a great kick to it plus it is packed with Lots of energy and vibrancy, this is a great morning pick me up for an instant bout of energy or detox.
Watermelon, Cucumber and Ginger Twist:
Ingredients:
!/2 Watermelon chopped
I Large Cucumber
2'' fresh Ginger
1/4 litre water
Method 1:
Juice all the ingredients and serve
Method 2:
Put all ingredients in a blender
strain in a jug and serve chilled.
Extra: For a delicious smoothie that the children and children at heart will simply adore, throw two or three bananas in the blender and add half the juice.. oooh Yummmm!
