1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional or can be substituted with fresh strawberries)

Throw everything in a high speed blender, add one liter of purified water and blend for 2-3 minutes.. Strain into a jug using a spoon to press the extra milk, clean the strainer and now strain again into a another jug without pressing. (this clears any coconut residue that passed through during the first pressing . Refrigerate or use within 2 days. |

- 1/2 liter coconut milk
- 1 ripe juicy mango (skinned and sliced)
- 3 ripe bananas (skinned and sliced)
- A handful of raw cashew nuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Pinch of sea salt or Himalaya rock salt
Tip 1; if your blender is not a high speed one, you can prepare earlier by soaking the coconut meat, cashew nuts and dates in different bowls for 2 hours or overnight.

Tip 2; Skin the bananas, put them in a ziplock bag and freeze them for about two hours before throwing them in the blender. makes it creamier and cooling for those hot days
