Raw PASTA with Hot & Spicy Mango Chutney
Hi guys
Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite recipes, It's simple, delicious, spicy and hot.. and once you master it, it will take about 10-15 from start to finish..
so if you love spicy food get your paper, pens, slicer, dicers and blenders ready...
Ingredients:
for Pasta
3 medium sized zucchinis
pinch of Sea salt
Teaspoon of Chia seeds or Sesame seeds (sim sim)
For Hot and spicy Mango Chutney
1 medium sized ripe mango
1 small avocado
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of seasalt
2 fresh red chillies
2" fresh ginger
a pinch of fresh Rosemary
a pinch of fresh Thyme [optional]
a quarter cup Coriander leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil [optional]
1/2 cup water
5-6 chopped physalis
PREPARATION:
Wash the Zucchinis and cut out the ends. With a spiralizer or Grater prepare the pasta, add salt and then set aside.
Blend all ingredients except Physalis, until smooth. See if you like the taste and consistency.
Pour over pasta. add the chopped physalis and chia/sesame seeds then enjoy!
for those new to raw foods Try with toasted brown bread with coconut oil or with gluten free bread and Enjoy!
